In the announcement made today by Microsoft, its Office 365 customers are provided with the news about a new group of latest updates similarly as it does every month, along with some highlights regarding the updates of the Office 365 to surface and Windows 10 users, to be come next month.

The highlights include:
OneDrive Files on Demand: previously used OneDrive placeholders are returned but in a more proficient form on the demand of OneDrive Files, as announced at the starting of this month at Build 2017. Though Windows 10 Fall Creators update will be able to access this feature yet Windows Insiders will have to wait for it till the starting of June.
New OneDrive Share experience: Beginning in the month of June, a new File Explorer-based OneDrive Share interface will also be made available to consumers as well as commercial subscribers, to work in Windows 7, Windows 10 and an edition to work in the Mac too, according to the announcement made Microsoft’s SharePoint Virtual Summit.
Office 365 adoption content pack in Power: this new effective service mixes the Power BI (a business analytics service provides interactive visualizations with self-service business intelligence) capabilities with the intelligence of the Office 365 usage reports that are available for you in the admin center, are available for the Office 365 commercial customers in the public preview. “Meaning that this tool enables the admin of an organization to view and evaluate its firms Office 365 usage data, also to create reports as well as to share the insights with Power BI, pivoting by the qualities like location, department, etc. by helping the admins to understand the fact that how the users acquire and make use of Office 365 in a better way, which further helps them to think of other ways of communication and training to target as much possible as end-users” said by Microsoft.
SharePoint communication site: This allows the users to share information, resources and news from one corner of their organization to other by creating the intranet sites that are mobile-ready, announced by Microsoft last week at its SharePoint Virtual Summit. Moreover this sites feature makes a loud repetitive noise along with being easy to create and customize and will be made available to Office 365 commercial subscribers prior to any other just after its first release beginning in June.
SharePoint and Microsoft PowerApps integration: It is also announced at the same SharePoint Virtual Summit and it tells that the PowerApps of Microsoft are also sharpen that allows the “rich, digital experiences” and custom forms creation from a SharePoint library or list. Microsoft explains that this will let the users to create, see and interact with data from his/her custom form or app instead of using default SharePoint forms for the same work which then helps the firm renovate team and organizational processes. This will be made available to the Office 365 commercial customers this summer.
